BBQ Chicken Style Pitta Pockets

INGREDIENTS
200g of Veggie Day Chicken Style Strips
1 tbsp BBQ
Splash of liquid smoke
1 tbsp of oil
Pitta, lettuce and tomatoes to serve
PREPARATION
- Add the Veggie Day Chicken Strips to a pan with the oil and heat for 5-6 minutes.
- Once started to colour, add in the BBQ sauce and the liquid smoke and cook for a further 2 minutes until nicely coated.
- Load up your Pitta pockets with the BBQ Chicken Style Strips and sald of your choice.
