INGREDIENTS
300g of Veggie Day Chicken Style Strips
1 heaped tsp curry paste (we used pataks)
1 tbsp of oil
Naan bread, coriander and chilli pickle to serve
PREPARATION
- Add the curry paste to a pan with the oil and heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the Chicken Style Strips and gently cook for 7-8 mins until nicely coloured. Keep the Chicken Style Strips moving so the absorb the spies and flavour.
- Once cooked, simply serve with naan bread, coriander and a mint raita.
