Ultimate Chicken Style Sandwich

1-2 large rolls


200g of Veggie Day Chicken Style Strips

1 tbsp of oil for frying

1 tomato sliced

1/3 of a cucumber thinly sliced

A large handful of lettuce of your choice

2 rolls of your choice

Vegan mayonnaise


  1. Fry the Chicken Style Strips in a pan with a little oil on a medium heat for 5-6 minutes until the strips start to colour nicely.
  2. Slice your lettuce, tomato and cucumber and toast your roll.
  3. Add cucumber first, then the Chicken Style Strips, followed by the tomato, lettuce and mayonnaise.
