Ultimate Chicken Style Sandwich
1-2 large rolls
200g of Veggie Day Chicken Style Strips
1 tbsp of oil for frying
1 tomato sliced
1/3 of a cucumber thinly sliced
A large handful of lettuce of your choice
2 rolls of your choice
- Fry the Chicken Style Strips in a pan with a little oil on a medium heat for 5-6 minutes until the strips start to colour nicely.
- Slice your lettuce, tomato and cucumber and toast your roll.
- Add cucumber first, then the Chicken Style Strips, followed by the tomato, lettuce and mayonnaise.
